I’ve been to a Gabor Mate talk in London and read many of his books and he makes a lot of sense to me ! Childhood, and I think ancestral trauma, creates very hungry ghosts!
I smiled and almost cried to your nod to Bern ( I had such a sweet spot for him as a mate) Had such a laugh with him once staying over at his Mums spare room when I’d missed the bus. He was such a lovely soul, and that smile ! May we never forget him.
